Do we really want a government that gives itself a D+ in computer security holding all our personal data in one place?

If Americans don't speak up NOW, congress will pass a bill next week that craftily rolls a National I.D. card law into a bill authorizing more funds for U.S. troops in Iraq. This is not a partisan issue, it's a fundamental constitutional issue, and dirty sneaky politics as well.
